Instructions for Usage of Crimp Terminal
- When storing crimp terminal, please follow the view of the outer carton. Do not store in an upright position or upside down. It could loosen the terminal.
- When storing the terminal in significant temperature or humidity, may be affected at the terminal surface.
- When the number of reels in the carton is less than the prescribed quantity, prevent looseness with adding the cushion during transport and conveyance.
- When removing the reel from the carton, please remove with holding the flange on both sides. Do not grab only one side. It could detach the flange from the core.
- When storing the terminal with the reel removed from the carton, please keep the carrier down side. Do not keep the carrier up side. It could loosen the terminal.
- Do not put the reel in the crimping machine for a long period. When it is not used, after rolling interleaf twice or three times into the terminal all around, please keep the carrier down side, with taping the tip of the interleaf and flange.
- In order to meet the crimp specification, please use our recommended crimping machine.
- Stapler prohibited in the whole area with outer carton assembly, linking the interleaf.
