DESCRIPTION

· The Si544 Ultra Series™ oscillator employs Skyworks Solutions’ advanced 4th generation DSPLL® technology to deliver an ultra-low jitter, low phase noise clock across a frequency range of 0.2 to 1500 MHz.

· It is user-programmable via I2C commands, offering frequency resolution of less than 1 ppb and maintaining low jitter for both integer and fractional frequencies.

· The device features on-chip power supply filtering for superior noise rejection, enhancing performance in systems with switched-mode power supplies.

· The Si544 simplifies the supply chain, enabling rapid delivery of custom frequency samples within 1-2 weeks post-order.

· Unlike traditional XOs, it uses a single crystal and a DSPLL IC to achieve desired frequencies, with factory-configurable settings for various user specifications.

FEATURES

· Features very low jitter: typically 150 fs RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz).
