DESCRIPTION

· The SX-A Family FPGAs offer leading-edge performance with system speeds up to 250 MHz and internal speeds up to 350 MHz.

· Available in a range from 12,000 to 108,000 system gates, these devices support up to 360 user-programmable I/O pins and up to 2,012 dedicated flip-flops.

· Manufactured using 0.22 μ / 0.25 μ CMOS process technology, they provide a nonvolatile, single-chip solution suitable for various applications.

FEATURES

· Hot-swap compliant I/Os and power-up/down friendly design without the need for supply voltage sequencing.

· Supports 66 MHz PCI compliance and configurable I/O for multiple voltage standards including 3.3 V / 5 V PCI, 5 V TTL, 3.3 V LVTTL, and 2.5 V LVCMOS2.

· Features mixed-voltage operation with 5 V input tolerance and drive strength, configurable weak-resistor pull-up or pull-down for I/O at power-up, and individual output slew rate control.

· Includes unique in-system diagnostic and verification capabilities with Silicon Explorer II, boundary-scan testing compliant with IEEE Standard 1149.1 (JTAG), and Actel Secure Programming Technology with FuseLock™.
