DESCRIPTION

· The 5RCD0148HC3 is a registering clock driver for DDR5 RDIMMs, LRDIMMs, and NVDIMMs.

· It buffers the Command Address (CA) bus, chip selects, and clock between the host controller and DRAMs.

· It creates a BCOM bus for LRDIMM data buffer control.

· It features two independent channels with common clocking logic.

· Each channel has a 7-bit DDR CA bus input, single parity input, two chip-select inputs, and produces two copies of 14-bit SDR CA bus outputs and chip select outputs.

· It includes a common clock input and PLL, with separate clock outputs for DRAM channels.
