DESCRIPTION

· The 74LX1G125 is a low voltage CMOS SINGLE BUS BUFFER using sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology.

· It features 3-STATE control input G, which sets the output to high impedance when HIGH.

· The device supports power down protection on all inputs and accepts 0 to 7V inputs regardless of supply voltage.

· It is suitable for interfacing between 5V and 3V or lower power supply systems.

· Designed for ultra-low power consumption, it operates optimally between 2.8V and 1.8V, ideal for battery-powered devices.

· All inputs and outputs are protected against ESD discharge.

· High-speed operation with tPD=4.7ns (MAX.) at VCC=3V.

· Low power dissipation with ICC=1µA (MAX.) at TA=25°C.
