DESCRIPTION

· The IDT8N4Q001 is a Quad-Frequency Programmable Clock Oscillator with flexible frequency programming capabilities.

· It utilizes IDT's fourth generation FemtoClock® NG technology for high clock frequency and low phase noise performance.

· The device operates on 2.5V or 3.3V supply and is housed in a lead-free 10-lead ceramic package.

· It supports clock frequencies from 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz with high precision.

FEATURES

· Programmable output frequency with a resolution of 435.9Hz ÷ N.

· Four default power-up frequencies, reprogrammable via I2C interface.

· RMS phase jitter at 156.25MHz: 0.253ps (12kHz - 20MHz) and 0.263ps (1kHz - 40MHz).

· Operates in full 2.5V or 3.3V supply modes.

· Temperature range: -40°C to 85°C.
