Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The ADCMP604/ADCMP605 are high-speed comparators built on Analog Devices' XFCB2 process.
· They feature a wide input range from VEE -0.5V to VCCI +0.2V and LVDS-compatible output drivers.
· These devices offer a 1.5ns propagation delay with minimal jitter and support single-supply operation from 2.5V to 5.5V.
· Available in 6-lead SC70 (ADCMP604) and 12-lead LFCSP (ADCMP605) packages.



FEATURES

· Rail-to-rail operation at 2.5V to 5.5V supply.
· Input common-mode voltage range from -0.2V to VCCI +0.2V.
· Low glitch LVDS-compatible output with 1.6ns propagation delay.
· Programmable hysteresis and latch control via single pin.
· Power supply rejection >60dB, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C.
