DESCRIPTION

· The ADXRS620 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) using Analog Devices' surface-micromachining process.

· It integrates all required electronics on a single chip, manufactured via a high-volume BiMOS process.

· The device is automotive-grade, compatible with the industrial-grade ADXRS652, and offers extensive guaranteed specifications.

· The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the package top surface.

· It includes a temperature output for compensation techniques and digital self-test inputs for operational verification.

· Available in a 7 mm × 7 mm × 3 mm BGA ceramic package.
