DESCRIPTION

· The AMT49107 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver designed for automotive applications, specifically for controlling 3-phase bridge MOSFETs in high-power inductive loads like BLDC motors.

· It features a unique charge pump regulator for gate drive supply, operable down to 4.5 V, and supports a wide supply voltage range from 4.5 to 50 V.

· The device includes programmable gate drive strength, bootstrap capacitor for above-battery supply, and full control over six power MOSFETs in a 3-phase bridge.

· Integrated diagnostics and protection features ensure safe operation, with a serial interface for settings adjustment and diagnostic information retrieval.

· Packaged in a 48-pin wettable flank QFN with an exposed thermal pad, it is AEC-Q100 qualified and developed in accordance with ISO 26262 for ASIL D capability.
