· AP22966 is a dual N-channel load switch with adjustable slew rate per channel via external capacitors.

· Features N-Channel MOSFETs with 18mΩ typical R_ON, supporting up to 6A per channel.

· Operates from 0.8V to 5.5V, ideal for battery-powered systems due to low quiescent current.

· Packaged in V-DFN3020-14 with exposed PAD for thermal efficiency, RoHS compliant.
