DESCRIPTION

· The Atmel ATA6826C is a triple half-bridge DMOS output driver with serial input control, designed for high-voltage applications up to 40V.

· It features three high-side and three low-side drivers, capable of switching various loads including DC motors, bulbs, resistors, capacitors, and inductors.

· The device is housed in a SO14 power package and supports a serial data interface with a clock frequency of up to 2MHz.

FEATURES

· Supply voltage up to 40V.

· RDSon typically 0.8 Ω at 25°C, maximum 1.5 Ω at 150°C.

· Output current up to 1.0A.

· No shoot-through current and very low quiescent current (< 2µA) in standby mode.

· Outputs are short-circuit protected with overtemperature protection and prewarning.

· Undervoltage protection and various diagnostic functions including shorted output, open-load, overtemperature, and power-supply fail detection.

· Daisy Chain capable serial data interface.
