Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The ATtiny212/214/412/414/416 are tinyAVR® 1-series microcontrollers with AVR® processor, hardware multiplier, and up to 20 MHz operation.

· Available in 8-, 14-, and 20-pin packages with 2/4 KB Flash, 128/256 bytes SRAM, and 64/128 bytes EEPROM.

· Features include Event System, accurate analog capabilities, and Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs).



FEATURES

· AVR® CPU with single-cycle I/O access, two-level interrupt controller, and two-cycle hardware multiplier.

· In-system self-programmable Flash (10,000 cycles), EEPROM (100,000 cycles), and SRAM with 40-year data retention at 55°C.

· Power-on Reset (POR), Brown-out Detector (BOD), and multiple clock options including 16/20 MHz internal RC oscillator.

· Single-Pin Unified Program and Debug Interface (UPDI) and three sleep modes for low-power operation.



APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for low-power, compact designs in consumer electronics and IoT devices.

· Ideal for applications requiring precise analog features and event-driven peripherals.
