DESCRIPTION

· The ACI Transmitter Copper Averaging Series offers a two-wire, 4 mA to 20 mA loop powered output signal with an optional 3-Wire voltage output.

· Designed for medium to large ducts or air handling units, these sensors provide higher corrosion resistance and faster response times compared to Aluminum elements.

· Copper elements offer anti-bacterial effects against molds, fungus, and bacteria commonly found in ducts.

· All transmitters include Zero and Span adjustments for field calibration using NIST Certified Calibration equipment.

· Hermetically sealed with epoxy to eliminate moisture effects and include a foam pad for duct sealing and vibration limitation.

FEATURES

· Supply Voltage: 8.5 V dc to 32 V dc (Reverse Polarity Protected).

· Output Signals: 4 mA to 20 mA (2-Wire Loop Powered) or 1 V dc to 5 V dc / 2 V dc to 10 V dc (3-Wires).

· Calibrated Accuracy: ± 0.2% for temperature spans < 260 ºC.

· Sensor Type: Platinum RTD with PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient).

· Sensor Accuracy: ± 0.1% at 0 °C, ± 0.25% at 21 °C, ± 1.0% at 130 °C.

· Response Time: 15 seconds nominal for 63% step change.

· Operating Temperature Range: -40 °C to 85 °C.
