DESCRIPTION

· The ACI Transmitter Copper Averaging Series features a two-wire, 4 mA to 20 mA loop powered output signal with an optional 3-Wire voltage output signal.

· Designed for medium to large ducts or air handling units, offering moisture resistance, UV light treatment compatibility, critical temperature control, higher corrosion resistance, and faster response times compared to Aluminum sensors.

· Copper provides an anti-bacterial effect on molds, fungus, and bacteria in ducts.

· Includes Zero and Span adjustments for field calibration, calibrated using NIST Certified Calibration equipment.

FEATURES

· Hermetically sealed with epoxy to eliminate moisture effects.

· Includes a foam pad for duct sealing and vibration limitation.

· Optional NEMA/IP rated weatherproof enclosures available.

· Recommended use of 1.02 mm (18 AWG) to 0.65 mm (22 AWG) shielded cable to reduce signal noise.

· Continuous sensing element covers lengths from 2.44 m (8 ft) to 30.48 m (100 ft), with Etched Teflon lead wires.
