DESCRIPTION

· The ACI WPR2 Series Remote Wet to Wet Differential Pressure Transmitter reduces installation time and offers mounting flexibility, often eliminating the need for additional plumbing and manifolds.

· It can be ordered with standard CMP rated PVC cable or metal clad cable, which provides end-to-end protection with flexible metal conduit, resistant to abrasions and cuts, and constructed with corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.

· The WPR2 accurately measures wet media pressures in various applications, including monitoring pumps, measuring pressure across filters, heat exchangers, and compressors.

· Features dual remote sensors with a ceramic capacitive sensing element and a stainless steel diaphragm compatible with liquids, gases, and refrigerants suitable with 304L stainless steel.

· The pressure transducers are equipped with ¼”-18 NPT male (304 stainless steel) fittings.

· The enclosure can be reconfigured between three additional ranges and outputs of 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC (default).

· Measures both uni or bi-directional pressure ranges as low as 3 psi and as high as 300 psi, depending on the unit.

· Includes a push button auto zero function for remote calibration and an LCD option to display pressure values, differential pressure, "OVR", "ERROR", and "ZERO".
