DESCRIPTION

· Microchip's Integrated Actuation Solution is a highly integrated, scalable, reliable, cost-effective, compact, and easy-to-use solution for electric motor drives and solenoids in aviation applications.
· Designed in accordance with aviation standards, it is driven by external PWM signals.
· The solution combines a Hybrid Power Drive (SP6HPD) and a companion driver board for unparalleled integration.
· The SP6HPD module includes a three-phase inverter bridge and optional functions like brake chopper, solenoid drive, and soft-start with Si IGBT or SiC MOSFET switches.
· The driver board provides a galvanically isolated interface to the semiconductor switches and their local feedback signals, configurable to drive both SiC MOSFETs and Si IGBTs at higher switching frequencies.
· The integrated solution offers optimized switching speed, losses, robustness against dV/dt, telemetry outputs, and multiple protections including short-circuit, UVLO, shoot-through, and Active Miller Clamping.
