DESCRIPTION

· The CPC1017N is a miniature single-pole, normally-open solid state relay in a 4-pin SOP package.
· It uses optically coupled MOSFET technology for 1500 VRMS input to output isolation.
· Features Littelfuse’s patented OptoMOS architecture and a highly efficient infrared LED.
· Its double-molded vertical construction makes it one of the world’s smallest relays, saving at least 20% board space.
