DESCRIPTION
· The E3M-V Mark Sensor is designed for detecting laminated or light-dispersing objects with stable operation, unaffected by mirror reflection.
FEATURES
· Features double indication of detection and threshold levels for easy status monitoring and adjustment.
· Includes an auto-teaching function that optimizes the threshold level during object conveyance, distinguishing between mark and background.
· Constructed with IP67 watertight design and equipped with an M12 rotary connector.
· Offers a high response speed of 50 µs and is half the size of OMRON's conventional models.
APPLICATIONS
· Reliably detects marks on laminated sheets.
· The coaxial optical system provides a long sensing distance and stable characteristics across a wide angle range, suitable for distance-fluctuating or angled objects.
· Auto-teaching function sets the threshold value via Remote Control input without needing to position the mark at the optical spot.
