DESCRIPTION

· The E3M-V Mark Sensor is designed for stable operation, capable of detecting laminated or light-dispersing objects without interference from mirror reflections.

· It features a double indication system for detection and threshold levels, facilitating easy monitoring and adjustment of the operating status.

· The sensor automatically optimizes the threshold level during object conveyance and includes an auto-teaching function that distinguishes between marks and backgrounds, activating upon mark detection.

· It boasts an IP67 watertight construction with an M12 rotary connector and offers a high response speed of 50 microseconds, being half the size of OMRON's conventional models.

FEATURES

· Coaxial optical system ensures long sensing distances and stable sensing characteristics across a wide angle range, even for fluctuating or angled objects.

· Auto-teaching function automatically sets the threshold value via Remote Control input while the workpiece is in motion, eliminating the need to position the mark at the optical spot.
