DESCRIPTION

· ESD5V0LB is an ESD protection device designed for safeguarding electronic components against electrostatic discharge.

· It operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +150°C.

· Low operating voltage of 5.0 V with low clamping voltage.

· Halogen-free, meeting the "Green" device standards with less than 900ppm bromine and chlorine.

· Epoxy material complies with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.

· Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 and lead-free finish, compliant with RoHS standards.

· Capable of withstanding IEC61000-4-2 ESD up to ±30KV and IEC61000-4-4 EFT up to 40A.
