DESCRIPTION

· The FC21 and FC22 Series are low-cost compression force sensors that open new markets previously unattainable due to cost and performance constraints.

· Utilizing MSI Sensors' proprietary Microfused™ technology, these sensors are derived from aerospace applications and feature micro-machined silicon piezoresistive strain gauges fused with high-temperature glass to a stainless steel substrate.

· This technology eliminates age-sensitive organic epoxies, ensuring excellent long-term span and zero stability, with gage factors greater than 100 and an essentially unlimited cycle life expectancy.

· These sensors are ideal for OEM weighing and force measurement applications requiring high reliability and accuracy, and are fully thermally compensated for changes in zero and span with respect to temperature.
