DESCRIPTION

· The ISL99227 and ISL99227B are Smart Power Stage (SPS) modules compatible with ISL68xxx/69xxx Digital Multiphase (DMP) controllers and phase doubler (ISL6617A).
· They integrate high accuracy current and temperature monitors for multiphase DC/DC systems.
· Simplify design and enhance performance by eliminating DCR sensing network and thermal compensation.
· Support light-load efficiency via a dedicated LFET control pin.
· Feature a 3.3V/5.0V compatible tri-state PWM input for robust operation in abnormal conditions.
· Improve system reliability with integrated fault protection (UVLO, over-temperature, overcurrent) and open-drain fault reporting.
