· The SST174 series is a P-Channel JFET switch designed as a replacement for the Siliconix J/SST174 series.

FEATURES

· Low on-resistance: rDS(on) ≤ 85Ω

· Low gate operating current: ID(off) = 10pA

· High gate to source breakdown voltage: BVGSS = 30V

· Low gate reverse current: IGSS = 0.01nA to 1nA

· Low drain cutoff current: ID(off) = -0.01nA to -1nA

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for low-power switching applications

· Ideal for use in circuits requiring low gate current
