DESCRIPTION

· LCA182 is a normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay utilizing optically coupled MOSFET technology.

· Provides 3750V rms of input to output isolation.

· Features an extremely low input control current of 0.25mA.

· Uses patented OptoMOS architecture with a highly efficient infrared LED.

· Designed to replace mechanical relays, offering superior reliability and faster, bounce-free switching.

· Available in compact surface mount or through-hole packages.
