Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The LMK1C110x is a high-performance, low-skew LVCMOS clock buffer family from Texas Instruments.

· It offers three fan-out variations: 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4, with all devices being pin-compatible and backward compatible with the CDCLVC110x family.

· Features include synchronous output enable control, fail-safe inputs, and operation across 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V supply voltages.

· Designed for a wide operating temperature range from –40°C to 125°C.


FEATURES

· High-performance LVCMOS clock buffer with 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 fan-out options.

· Very low output skew of less than 50 ps.

· Extremely low additive jitter: maximum 50 fs, typically 7.5 fs at 3.3 V, 10 fs at 2.5 V, and 19.2 fs at 1.8 V.

· Very low propagation delay of less than 3 ns.

· Synchronous output enable control.

· Supports 3.3-V, 2.5-V, and 1.8-V supply voltages with 3.3-V tolerant inputs.

· Fail-safe inputs prevent oscillation in the absence of an input signal.

· Maximum frequency of 250 MHz at 3.3 V and 200 MHz at 2.5 V and 1.8 V.

· Available in 8-pin TSSOP and 8-pin WSON packages.
