· It features latch functionality where the address at select inputs (A, B, C) is stored when GL transitions from low to high.

· Output states are controlled independently by G1 and G2, with all outputs remaining low unless G1 is high and G2 is low.

· Designed for glitch-free decoder applications in bus-oriented systems, it includes protection against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
