DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC670 is a high-speed CMOS 4-WORD x 4-BIT REGISTER FILE (3-STATE) fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology. It is organized as four words by four bits, with separate read and write inputs for simultaneous operations. The 3-state outputs allow connection of up to 128 outputs, increasing word capacity to 512 words. Parallel operation of multiple devices can generate an n-bit length. All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
