Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The M74HC75 is a high-speed CMOS 4-bit D-type latch fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· It consists of two groups of 2-bit latches controlled by enable inputs (G1•2 or G3•4).
· Each latch has Q and Q outputs (1Q - 4Q and 1Q - 4Q).
· Data applied to the input is transferred to the outputs when the enable input is high and retained when the enable input is low.
· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

· High speed: tPD = 11ns (typical) at VCC = 6V.
· Low power dissipation: ICC = 2µA (max) at TA = 25°C.
· High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min).
· Symmetrical output impedance: |IOH| = IOL = 4mA (min).
· Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≅ tPHL.
· Wide operating voltage range: VCC (OPR) = 2V to 6V.
· Pin and function compatible with 74 series.
