DESCRIPTION

· MCM and MIN SMT clad PTFE and mica capacitors are designed for high power applications requiring low inductance at high frequencies.

· These capacitors can operate at temperatures up to 200 ºC and voltages up to 1000 Vdc.

· Available in 16 different configurations for easy mounting, including surface mount, through-hole, and mechanical assembly.

· Low-capacitance ratings use polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) for ultra-low dielectric absorption.

FEATURES

· Rated for 200 ºC with no voltage derating.

· Wave solderable with no cracking or delaminating.

· CTE ≈ 18 ppm/ºC, compatible with FR4 PCBs.

· Highly thermal conductive package.

· Gull-wing terminal minimizes stress.

· Typical 100 pF ESR, <11 m Ω @ 100 MHz.
