DESCRIPTION

· The MLX75027 is a VGA resolution Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor with a BSI VGA pixel array.
· It controls illumination units like VCSELs and uses a MIPI CSI-2 interface for data streaming.
· Designed for compact 3D cameras, it includes an iBGA supply, clock, PLL, and timing sequencer.

· Full resolution readout at 120 distance frames per second in 4 phase configuration.

· Configurable over I2C (up to 400kHz), CSI-2 serial data output with MIPI D-PHY.
