DESCRIPTION

· The MLX90640 is a fully calibrated 32x24 pixels thermal IR array in a standard 4-lead TO39 package with a digital interface.
· It includes 768 FIR pixels, an ambient sensor for chip temperature, and a supply sensor for VDD measurement.
· Sensor outputs (IR, Ta, VDD) are stored in internal RAM and accessible via I2C.
