· The MSH Series is a low-profile ceramic SMD package oscillator, hermetically sealed for enhanced durability. It offers a wide frequency range from 1.544MHz to 110.000MHz, with temperature stability and aging characteristics specified. The device operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports multiple supply voltages (±10%) including +1.80VDC, +2.50VDC, and +3.30VDC. It features a tristate function with standby option, HCMOS output type, and fast rise/fall times. The oscillator is designed for applications requiring high reliability and performance in harsh environments.
