· MSP430FR263x and MSP430FR253x are capacitive touch sensing mixed-signal microcontrollers.

· They feature CapTIvate™ technology for reliable and flexible capacitive touch solutions.

· These devices are optimized for ultra-low power consumption and high-performance analog operations.



FEATURES

· CapTIvate™ technology supports fast electrode scanning, high-resolution sliders, and proximity sensing.

· Enhanced immunity to power line, RF, and environmental noise with built-in spread spectrum and noise filtering.

· Supports up to 16 self-capacitance and 64 mutual-capacitance electrodes with multitouch functionality.

· Low power consumption with <5µA wake-on-touch and various low-power modes.

· Integrated 16-bit RISC architecture with clock frequencies up to 16MHz and wide supply voltage range.

· High-performance analog features include an 8-channel 10-bit ADC and internal 1.5V reference.

· Enhanced serial communications with support for UART, IrDA, SPI, and I2C.

· Intelligent digital peripherals include multiple 16-bit timers and a 16-bit CRC.

· Up to 15.5KB of low-power FRAM with ECC and configurable write protection.
