DESCRIPTION

· The NCP1090, NCP1091, and NCP1092 are part of ON Semiconductor's high-power HIPO/C0116 PoE-PD family, integrating IEEE 802.3af PoE-PD interface controllers.
· They include essential functions like detection, classification, under voltage lockout, inrush, and operational current limit.
· NCP1091 features programmable under-voltage, and NCP1092 includes an auxiliary pin for auxiliary supply support.
· Designed with a robust high-voltage process, they feature a rugged vertical N-channel DMOS for harsh environments.
