DESCRIPTION

· The NJM2375/A are active power factor controllers designed to limit harmonic current in power supply blocks of electrical devices.

· They feature a startup timer, one quadrant multiplier, zero current detector, transconductance error amplifier, high precision reference, current sensing comparator, and totem pole output for driving a power MOSFET.

· Protection circuits include overvoltage, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent, and maximum peak current protection.

· The NJM2375A has a lower startup threshold compared to the NJM2375.
