DESCRIPTION

· The ONET8501V is a high-speed, 3.3V laser driver for VCSELs, operating from 2 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps.
· Features a two-wire serial interface for digital control of modulation and bias currents.
· Includes output waveform control for improved VCSEL edge speeds and optical eye diagram.
· Optional input equalizer supports up to 300mm of transmission line on FR4 PCBs.
· Integrated APC loop and support for laser safety and transceiver management systems.
· Operates from -40°C to 85°C, available in a 4mm x 4mm 20-pin RoHS compliant QFN package.
