- Functional Description
- Monolithic silicon IC integrating photodiode, trans-impedance amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger and NPN open-collector output transistor.
- Recessed lens provides wide acceptance angle and good mechanical protection.
- High noise immunity thanks to on-chip Schmitt hysteresis.
- Internal 10 kΩ pull-up resistor (chip-to-VCC) gives “active-high” logic output.

- For reliable switching maintain Ee on surface ≥ 1.5 × EeT(+)max in the “ON” state and ≤ 0.7 × EeT(–)min in the “OFF” state.
