DESCRIPTION

· The QSE25x family are OPTOLOGIC ICs featuring a Schmitt trigger for noise immunity and pulse shaping.

· The IC includes a photodiode, linear amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger, and four output options.

· TTL/LSTTL compatible output capable of driving up to ten TTL loads with supply currents from 4.5 to 16.0 V.

· Devices are marked with a color stripe for easy identification.
