DESCRIPTION

· QTT216 is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a nominal frequency range of 10MHz to 70MHz.

· It operates at supply voltages of 1.8V and 3.3V, with a control voltage of 0.5*V DD ± 0.8V for 1.8V and 0.5*V DD ± 1.0V for 3.3V.

· The device features a clipped sinewave output and requires an external decoupling capacitor.

· It is designed for use in a wide range of applications including portable radio communications, wearables, IoT devices, and mobile communications.
