DESCRIPTION

· The S-5840B Series is a temperature switch IC with a latch function, detecting temperature with an accuracy of ±2.5°C.

· It inverts and latches the output signal upon reaching the detection temperature, resetting only when the power supply voltage decreases.

· Operates at a low power supply voltage of 1.0 V with a typical current consumption of 12 µA, utilizing CMOS configuration.

· Integrated components include a negative temperature coefficient sensor, reference voltage generation circuit, comparator, voltage detection circuit, and noise suppression circuit, all housed in a SOT-23-5 package.

· Detection temperature range: +55 to +95°C in 1°C steps, with an accuracy of ±2.5°C.
