DESCRIPTION

· The SN74LVC1G11 is a single 3-input positive-AND gate performing the Boolean function in positive logic.

· Utilizes NanoFree package technology, using the die as the package.

· Fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff, preventing damaging current backflow when powered down.

· ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 standards: 2000-V Human-Body Model and 1000-V Charged-Device Model.
