DESCRIPTION

· The SPCM-AQRH is a Single Photon Counting Module by Excelitas Technologies, detecting photons from 400nm to 1060nm.
· It features a silicon avalanche photodiode with a 180µm diameter active area, achieving over 70% photon detection efficiency at 650nm.
· The module includes thermoelectric cooling and temperature control, ensuring stable performance across 5˚C to 70˚C.
· Recent enhancements have reduced the minimum dead time to less than 25ns, improving linearity and dynamic range.
· It is RoHS compliant and comes with various mounting options.
