· The SPCM-AQRH Single Photon Counting Module by Excelitas Technologies detects single photons across a wavelength range of 400nm to 1060nm, offering superior performance over other photon counters.
· It features a unique silicon avalanche photodiode with a circular active area, achieving over 70% peak photon detection efficiency at 650nm.
· The module includes thermoelectric cooling and temperature control for stable performance across an operating temperature range of 5˚C to 70˚C.
· Recent enhancements have reduced the minimum dead time to less than 25 ns, improving linearity and dynamic range.
· It is equipped with internal protection circuitry to safeguard against damage from ambient lighting overloads.
· Compliant with the European Union’s RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU.
