· The SPCM-AQRH Single Photon Counting Module by Excelitas Technologies detects single photons across 400nm to 1060nm wavelengths, outperforming other photon counters.
· Features a unique silicon avalanche photodiode with a 180µm diameter active area, achieving over 70% photon detection efficiency at 650nm.
· Generates a TTL-level pulse for each detected photon, output via a BNC connector requiring 50 Ω termination.
· Equipped with thermoelectric cooling and temperature control for stable performance across 5˚C to 70˚C.
· Includes options for free space window, FC fiber adaptor, C-mount, or tube cage mount bracket.
· Enhanced with reduced dead time below 25 ns, improved timing resolution, and internal protection circuitry against overload.
