· The SQ4946AEY is an Automotive Dual N-Channel 60 V (D-S) 175 °C MOSFET from Vishay Siliconix, designed for high-reliability applications.

· It features TrenchFET® power MOSFET technology, ensuring efficient power management and robust performance.

· The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive environments where reliability is critical.

· It is available in an SO-8 package, which is lead (Pb)-free and halogen-free, adhering to environmental and safety standards.
