DESCRIPTION



· The TMCS1101 is a galvanically isolated Hall-effect current sensor designed for high-accuracy DC or AC current measurement. It features excellent linearity and temperature stability, with a full-scale error of less than 1.5% across its operating temperature range. The sensor uses an internal 1.8-mΩ conductor to measure current, eliminating the need for external concentrators and simplifying design. It offers a 600-V lifetime working voltage and 3-kV RMS basic isolation, ensuring robust performance and safety. The device operates from a single 3-V to 5.5-V power supply, with fixed sensitivity options to eliminate ratiometry errors and improve supply noise rejection.
