DESCRIPTION

· The TMP64-Q1 is a silicon-based linear thermistor with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), designed for automotive applications.

· It offers a linear resistance change across temperature, with a nominal resistance of 47 kΩ at 25 °C and a maximum tolerance of ±1% from 0 °C to 70 °C.

· The device features a fast thermal response time of 0.6 s, long lifetime, and robust performance with built-in fail-safe for short-circuit failures.

· Available in 0402 and 0603 package options, it is suitable for close placement to heat sources and quick response times.

FEATURES

· Automotive qualifications with temperature options: AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40 °C to 125 °C) and Grade 0 (-40 °C to 150 °C).

· Consistent sensitivity across temperature with a TCR of 6400 ppm/°C at 25 °C and a typical TCR tolerance of 0.2% across the temperature range.
