DESCRIPTION

· TSH188 is a temperature-stable, stress-resistant Hall-effect sensor with superior high-temperature performance.
· Utilizes chopper-stabilization for dynamic offset cancellation, reducing offset voltage caused by device over molding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress.
· Integrates voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, and Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip.
· Employs advanced DMOS wafer fabrication for low-voltage requirements, component matching, low input-offset errors, and small component geometries.
· Requires both south and north polarity magnetic fields for operation, switching on with a south polarity field and off with a north polarity field.
