DESCRIPTION

· TSH251 is a micropower CMOS output Hall-effect switch with temperature stability and stress resistance.
· It features dynamic offset cancellation using chopper-stabilization for superior high-temperature performance.
· Designed for low operation voltage starting from 1.65V, integrating voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver on a single silicon chip.
· Operates in the presence of omnipolar magnetic fields.
