DESCRIPTION

· The UCC5672 is a multi-mode terminator supporting both Single Ended (SE) and Low Voltage Differential (LVD) SCSI termination.

· It facilitates the transition to the next-generation SCSI Parallel Interface (SPI-3).

· Features automatic mode selection between SE and LVD based on bus mode.

· Compliant with SPI-4, SPI-3, SPI-2, and SCSI-2 standards.

· Available in 28-pin TSSOP and 36-pin MWP packages.

· Auto-selection between Multi-Mode Single Ended or Low Voltage Differential Termination.

· Operates from 2.7V to 5.25V.

· Includes Differential Failsafe Bias and built-in SPI-3 Mode Change Filter/Delay.

· Supports Active Negation with 3pF Channel Capacitance.
